The purpose of the Worst Character Guide is to identify and catalogue anyone appearing within the pages of Worst. All characters including main cast members to even the most minor one panel roles have been included where possible.

Character names are listed alphabetically and displayed in traditional Japanese order of given name first, surname last. (Ex: Smith, John). Any character only partially named is also listed alphabetically under that portion of the name that was revealed. To further simplify, certain characters have been re-listed and categorized into specific groups.

In an attempt to make this guide as comprehensive as possible, even characters that appear in Worst who's names were never given have also been included and listed in the subsection labeled "unknown".
